An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Health & Safety professional to work for a construction company. This position involves working across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction or civil engineering and be eager to develop their career while serving as a key point of contact for health & safety within the business.
The Role:
1. Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement the health & safety strategy.
2. Build relationships with key stakeholders within the organization.
3. Monitor and review health & safety trends within the division to identify areas for improvement.
4. Develop and enhance the health & safety culture across the organization.
5. Liaise with site teams and foster strong relationships.
6. Manage relationships with third-party contractors.
7. Support incident and accident investigations and facilitate lessons learned.
The Candidate:
1. At least 5 years of experience working in health & safety.
2. Previous managerial experience responsible for development and growth is advantageous.
3. Experience in the construction or civil engineering sector.
