Your new role

As Tax Director, you will be a senior leader within the practice, responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality tax services while supporting the strategic direction and growth of the firm. You will work closely with partners and clients, acting as a trusted adviser onplex tax matters.

Leading the tax function, ensuring the delivery of bothpliance and advisory services to the highest standard

Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including owner-managed businesses and high-net-worth individuals

Providing strategic tax planning advice across corporate, personal, and business tax matters

Supporting the continued development of the firm’s advisory offering

Identifying and driving business development opportunities, including cross-selling services

Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships

Leading, mentoring, and developing members of the tax team

Contributing to the overall strategic direction of the firm as part of the leadership team

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will be amercially minded and technically strong tax professional with proven leadership experience and a passion for client service.

CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification

Significant experience at Senior Manager or Director level within a practice environment

Strong technical expertise across corporate and/or personal tax

Proven ability to deliver high-level advisory work

Experience managing and developing client relationships

A track record of supporting business development and firm growth

Strong leadership and team development skills

Excellentmunication and stakeholder management abilities
