Payrate: £95–£120 Per day (Depending on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Behavioural Specialist to join a school in Derby, providing targeted guidance and intervention support to help pupils manage behaviour, build confidence, and engage positively with learning.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a proactive and resilient Behavioural Specialist who can build trusting relationships with learners and implement effective behaviour strategies.
The Role:
* Assess behavioural needs and develop individualised support strategies
* Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions
* Work closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and families
* Promote positive behaviour, attendance, and emotional regulation
* Monitor progress and contribute to behaviour improvement plans
What You’ll Bring as Behavioural Specialist:
* Experience supporting children or young people with behavioural or pastoral needs
* Strong understanding of behaviour management approaches and safeguarding
* Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills
* Patient, calm, and consistent working style
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for a new one)
