Account Manager — Medical Communications
Purpose
* Run day-to-day delivery, timelines and finances; keep clients happy and projects on track.
Compensation
* Guide discussed:
£40–45k + bonus
Core remit
* Manage project plans, budgets, status and stakeholder comms.
* Coordinate internal teams (editorial/scientific/design/digital) to deliver on brief.
* Track scope, approvals and QC; escalate risks early.
* Support on proposals, estimates and change orders.
Must-haves
* Solid
med-comms
agency experience in client services/project management.
* Working knowledge of pharma approval processes and code-compliant materials.
* Organised, detail-driven, comfortable with budgets and multi-workstream delivery.
Nice-to-haves
* Experience with common PM and financial tracking tools; exposure to HCP events/congresses.
