Please note: this role is 5 days per week in the office, based in Greenford/Wembley way.

The Role
As Management Accountant, you will take ownership of the monthly management accounts while working closely with both finance and non-finance stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting and meaningful insight.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing month-end management accounts (P&L and balance sheet)
* Delivering variance analysis, reconciliations, journals and commentary
* Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow processes
* Business partnering with non-finance teams to explain financial performance
* Maintaining balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset registers
* Producing analysis and reporting to support senior management decision-making
About You
* Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* Experience in a management accounting or reporting-focused role
* A proactive, detail-oriented individual with the confidence to work closely with stakeholders
* Comfortable working in a 5-days-per-week office-based environment
