We’re looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our fast-paced and growing sales team at UltraLEDs.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales function, ensuring a seamless customer experience and helping the team operate efficiently day-to-day.
The Role
As a Sales Support Administrator, you’ll work closely with our Account Managers and wider teams to support customer enquiries, manage quotations and keep our internal processes running smoothly.
This is a varied, hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys problem‑solving, working with people and being at the heart of a busy commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the sales team with day‑to‑day activities and maintain accurate systems and records
* Prepare and send customer quotations in a timely manner
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, Freshdesk and social media channels
* Assist customers at our Click & Collect counter, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
* Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues and share customer feedback
* Collect and analyse data to support sales performance and business decisions
* Develop strong product knowledge to support the sales process
About You
* Minimum 1 year’s experience in a customer‑facing or administrative role
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
* Confident using Excel and working with data
* Able to prioritise and manage workload in a fast‑paced environment
* Proactive, hands‑on and willing to take ownership
* Experience using Freshdesk or similar systems is beneficial but not essential
