Role Overview: We are seeking a Dialler Manager with hands-on experience using Connex dialler systems to join our team at our Wortley office. This pivotal role is ideal for someone who understands outbound calling strategies, data management, and campaign optimisation to support lead generation and patient engagement across the group. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the Connex dialler system, ensuring optimal performance. Set up and monitor outbound calling campaigns to maximise contact rates and conversion. Analyse call data to inform decisions and improve KPIs. Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, and front-of-house teams to ensure campaign alignment. Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with Connex support when needed. Ensure compliance with GDPR and all regulatory requirements related to data and communications. Requirements: Proven experience managing a dialler system, ideally Connex. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and organisational ability.
