Job Title: Service Manager – Supported Living Salary: Around £32,000 per year (depending on experience) Hours: Full-Time, Permanent – 40 hours per week Location: Chadderton, Greater Manchester Client Group: Adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health, and Complex Needs About the Role We are partnering with a leading adult social care provider to recruit an experienced and proactive Service Manager to oversee multiple supported living services in Greater Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Care Quality Commission rated ‘Good’ provider, known for its values-led culture, inclusive approach, and commitment to empowering adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and physical disabilities. As Service Manager, you will provide hands-on, visible leadership across two supported living settings, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while supporting and developing a motivated, skilled team. What You’ll Do You’ll work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure safe, high-quality care across two sites. Your role will include: Leadership & Team Development Lead, motivate, and support a passionate care team across multiple services Maintain a visible presence and lead by example Coach and develop team members to enhance performance and engagement Quality Care & Compliance Ensure delivery of person-centred, high-quality care Monitor outcomes and wellbeing for the people you support Participate in audits, quality reviews, and improvement initiatives alongside the Registered Manager Support compliance with CQC standards and regulations Operational Management Oversee day-to-day operations across both sites Manage resources effectively and build strong relationships with families, stakeholders, and professionals Address challenges confidently and proactively About You We’re looking for someone outgoing, approachable, and solutions-focused with proven leadership experience in learning disabilities, mental health, or complex needs services.
