The closing date is 21 June 2026.

Are you a dedicated, motivated nurse who wants to make a meaningful difference for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and complex health needs?

We're offering an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse (Band 5) to join the School Nursing Special Needs Team (SNSN) at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust.

We're looking for an NMC-registered nurse who:

Join a team where your contribution truly matters—help every child thrive.

About the Team

The SNSN service is friendly, supportive, and child‑centred, working with pupils in special schools across Bradford, Keighley, and Brooklands School in Craven. We are a developing team committed to providing high‑quality, holistic care within educational settings.

This is a mobile role with flexible working across home, office, and school sites.
