Talentedge are proud to be partnering with a high growth, sustainability focused hardware startup on a Finance Director opportunity.
As Finance Director, you’ll work in close partnership with an extremely passionate & ambitious C Suite on scaling the business internationally.
You’ll be amazing for this role if you are a data focused yet technically savvy accountant, have a love for startups and want to work for a mission-driven business.
Key responsibilities:
* Continue to roll out key scalable processes, controls and systems, utilising technology to automate
* Lead the day-to-day finance function, in owning monthly management and annual statutory reporting as well as transactional finance
* Prepare strategic, commercial and financial objectives for the business
* Business partner cross-functionally, in particular with Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Distribution and GTM teams
* Support future VC fundraising rounds
Profile:
* Qualified accountant, strong academic background
* Experience of working within a capex heavy, B2B enterprise manufacturing or product-led startup
* Thoughtful thinker around AI optimisation
* Strong analytical and data visualisation skills with advanced financial modelling
* Ambitious, progressive and curios in nature
