CUSTOMER SERVICES Purpose: To control and maintain a major OEM account. Main Duties: Adherence of customers schedules to meet their specific requirements and timings. Communicate with customers on open/late orders. Coordinate with production planning and manufacturing to minimise shortages. Ensure customer orders are filled and dispatched to meet the requirements of the customer. Achieve customer KPI, account specific. Contribute to the introduction of new projects and effective completion of phase-out projects. Inputting orders onto the system. ASN set up and control. Account reconciliation. Holiday cover when required. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Previous experience desirable within a high-pressure Customer Service driven business or Automotive sector preferable Experienced in using Microsoft Office and utilising MRP systems Good communication and interpersonal skill. Organised, methodical and accurate in practice Understanding of EDI / DCI / ASN scheduling Professional and polite approach Working Hours Currently, day shift hours will be worked in line with the business. Monday - Thursday 8am-4.45pm Friday - 8am-12pm
