You will provide comprehensive and efficient administration support to the Medical & Technical Division of Estate Services and assist with the provision of general admin support within the EBME Admin team. About the role:
1. £12.31 per hour
2. Craigavon Area Hospital
3. 37.5 hours per week
4. Temporary until end of December 2025

What you'll be doing in this role:
6. Responsible for the receipt and logging of medical equipment faults, redirecting as appropriate.
7. Update and maintain the electronic system for archiving of equipment service and test reports (generated internally and by external agents) and ensure it is maintained accurately at all times.
8. Use the electronic system to determine equipment due and overdue service.
9. Provide copies of service and test reports and regular reports of equipment status to users e.g. list of equipment overdue service within their area of responsibility.
10. Update and maintain the electronic filing systems for Service Engineers’ report sheets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are accessible to appropriate personnel.
11. Liaise with Service Engineers, Service Users and contractors to co-ordinate equipment test dates and reporting of faults.
What you'll need for this role:
12. 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language and Maths or equivalent/higher qualification. AND,
13. 1 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role. OR,
14. 2 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role.
15. Ability to work as part of a Team.
16. Ability to use own initiative.
17. Good organisational skills with an ability to prioritise own workload.
18. Effective communication skills to meet the needs of the post in full.
19. As part of the Recruitment & Selection process it may be necessary for the Trust to carry out an Enhanced Disclosure Check through Access NI before any appointment to this post can be confirmed.
