Our client, a prominent organisation in the apprenticeships sector, is currently seeking a skilled Curriculum and Performance Manager - Trade to join their team. This is a permanent position that encompasses managing curriculum delivery, staff performance, and ensuring compliance with apprenticeship funding guidance. The role requires experience in Trade, Engineering, Automotive, or Construction. Key Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day delivery of the curriculum, ensuring the implementation and effective operation of end-to-end learner journey processes. Supervising and supporting learning coaches to maintain appropriate learner-to-staff ratios. Conducting monthly performance management reviews based on learner experiences and outcomes. Monitoring learner retention and implementing strategies to minimise dropouts. Developing innovative curriculum designs, evaluating and adjusting them based on feedback. Planning and co-ordinating assessments, exams, and end-point assessments in compliance with awarding organisations' requirements. Embedding essential skills such as English, maths, and digital literacy across the curriculum. Instilling a high-performance culture within the team, aligned with company values and behaviours.
