The Marketing Manager is at the heart of our mission to transform how our Infrastructure and Commercial Products Group, including GCP, ICC, and Sage Glass, connect with customers across North America. Working alongside Senior Marketing Manager and a collaborative team of Product Managers, Sales Leaders and Technical Services and more, you’ll help bring innovative systems and solutions to life through customer-centric marketing targeting Architects, Applicators, Owners and other key audiences.
This role directly supports the group’s Thermal & Acoustic Solutions business along with the Electrochromic Glass business.
Successful Candidates will:
* Be able to thrive in a highly matrixed environment of internal stakeholders
* Be inquisitive / ask questions to better understand customer pain points
* Have experience using project management tools like Monday.com
* Previous marketing communications experience in specialty building materials, construction services and/or architecture is preferred but not required
* Ignite Campaigns & Content. Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across paid and earned channels, ensuring cohesive product positioning and measurable ROI. Collaborate with Central Marketing and Product Management to develop creative briefs, campaign assets and engaging content.
* Champion the Customer. Support Voice of the Customer research with Product Management and Sales, including jobsite visits and field collaboration with Territory Managers and Technical Services, to uncover customer needs and inform messaging.
* Drive Loyalty. Contribute to the creation of sales enablement and promotional programs with Contractor Engagement—literature, samples, merchandising, displays, webpages, case studies, and educational assets— that improve sales conversion.
* Be the Brand Ambassador. Represent the business at trade shows, customer events, and educational seminars to generate demand and strengthen partner relationships.
* Effective Time Management. Ability to handle multiple projects of varied importance to the promised results.
* Think Bigger. Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager and Vice President on SGNA marketing initiatives as needed.

* 8-10 Years of Marketing Communications
* Experience successfully managing deadline-driven marketing/sales initiatives
* Demonstrated capability in planning, organizing, integrating, and measuring projects & programs
* Strong problem solving, analytical & computer skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills
* Experience in a large, matrixed organization - preferred
