Salary: £28,000 - 40,000 per year Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing IT support role At least 2 years’ experience administering Microsoft Azure Strong knowledge of ITIL incident, problem, and change management Experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, subnetting, patching) Experience supporting Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications Confidence supporting users via phone, Teams, and face-to-face Responsibilities: Provide high-quality technical support to end users both remotely and on-site Administer and support Microsoft Azure services, including Entra ID (Azure AD) Manage Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) Support Microsoft 365 and Windows desktop environments Diagnose, log, and resolve incidents in line with ITIL best practices Configure and support MFA, user accounts, and access controls Carry out basic networking tasks including IP addressing and cable patching Support device deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management Take ownership of technical issues through to resolution Contribute to continuous service improvement and documentation Technologies: Azure Cloud Support ITIL Microsoft 365 Microsoft Intune Mobile Windows Office 365 More: At Transforming Support, we are a compassionate organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of adults with additional learning requirements.
