Key Responsibilities
* Allocate work to Technicians, ensuring efficiency and high‑quality standards
* Work closely with Service Advisors to manage workflow and keep customers informed
* Monitor productivity and ensure all work is completed within agreed timescales
* Identify and resolve workshop issues quickly and effectively
* Support the workshop team to maintain exceptional standards at all times

* Previous experience in the automotive industry (Workshop Controller or Senior Technician level)
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
