As the portfolio continues to expand, our client is seeking a confident, proactive Business Development Executive, ideally fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese, to help grow their landlord base and support a smooth, high-quality experience for new investors joining the business.
You'll play a key role in onboarding new landlords, nurturing warm prospects, and ensuring every property is presented and managed to a market-leading standard.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively contact and pitch to prospective landlords to grow the managed portfolio.
2. Secure units from portfolio landlords, including additional apartments where it makes practical and commercial sense.
3. Develop targeted marketing strategies and work closely with the marketing team on campaigns to attract new landlords.
4. Conduct market appraisals and valuations, advising on rental levels based on trends, comparables, and seasonal factors.
