Housing Management Worker at TieTalent. Location Cumbria, Silloth. Permanent, part time (18.5 hpw). Earn £12.60 per hour (£24,638 per annum pro rata) with benefits including cash Health Plan.

As our Housing and Property expert, youll support our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained. Providing a housing management service, youll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts. Also support customer engagement and social activities, we know the key to staying well and healthy is not being lonely and staying as active as possible. Having a purpose.
Responsibilities
* Support customers to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts as the Housing and Property expert.
* Provide a housing management service and engage customers to manage tenancy and community involvement.
* Assist customers with housing benefit claims and ensure these are reflected on rent accounts.
* Keep properties fully occupied and rent accounts up to date.
* Carry out and record routine safety and compliance checks in buildings and communities, ensuring compliance.
* Manage admin tasks such as updating records, ordering, and arranging payments for works.
You bring
* People person with a background in property management; compliance/health and safety experience is welcome.
* Can-do positive attitude, proactive, well organized, and able to work on your initiative.
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service and helping customers.
* Ability to work on your own initiative and positively influence people from diverse backgrounds.
* Confident working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
* Passion for property and pride in keeping properties in the best condition for customers.

You'll join Manager Tina and the Older Peoples Independent Living team. We are super passionate about what we do and proud that our customers live where we work. We are a supportive team that meets regularly for team meetings and social occasions.
Job details
* We can be flexible around hours and are open to agreeing a work pattern with you.
* 7.50 hours a day, Monday to Friday.
* Based at our service in Silloth, you’ll spend time with customers or in the office accessible for our customers.
* Able to use technology for creating and updating Health and Safety records, making benefit claims, and doing tenancy sign-ups.
* Occasionally you may cover other schemes or attend team meetings; a vehicle insured for business purposes is required. Mileage will be paid.
* An Enhanced DBS check is required and paid by us.
