Job Description
* Working Hours: 40 hours per week
* Pay: £27,000 per annum (with a full review at 12 months) + uncapped commission

Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Account Manager to join the Ocean Parking team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, and supporting clients throughout their journey.
Duties
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
* Manage contract renewals and ensure client needs are exceeded
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Prepare and deliver tailored reports and proposals
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Stay informed about evolving industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
* Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities using CRM software
* Monitor account activity and proactively follow up on account queries and potential leads
* Act as the key point of contact for customers and provide timely feedback on site performance while advising on potential risks
Requirements
* Proactive, tenacious, and ethical approach to customer relationships and business growth
* Flexible, can‑do attitude adaptable to changing priorities
* Full UK driving licence
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills
