Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and access issues.
* Support bespoke internal applications and escalate complex issuesappropriately.
* Assist users in navigating and making effective use of internal systems.
* Set up and relocate hardware including computers, monitors, and peripherals.
* Liaise with external IT service providers and software vendors.
* Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation on IT procedures and solutions.
About You
* Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support role or 2 years' office-based experience with a recognised IT qualification.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, andExcel.
* A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn.
* Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
