I’m working with a well-capitalised London property company with a £400m+ portfolio across industrial, residential, retail and mixed-use. With fresh capital allocated and five new industrial developments already secured, they’re expanding their pipeline and building out a new platform in logistics and self-storage, alongside wider development opportunities.
They are looking to appoint a Head of Projects to take ownership of delivery across the development pipeline. The primary focus will be on industrial and logistics, with responsibility from feasibility and planning through to procurement, construction and handover. The role also carries wider involvement across the portfolio, offering both autonomy and influence in a well-capitalised, fast-moving business. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with a highly regarded board, this is a senior, hands-on position with visibility at the very top of the company.
Although it’s an end-to-end role, it requires a strong Project Management grounding. You’ll be managing consultant teams, driving programmes, controlling budgets and risk, and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.
This role offers the chance to join a business where projects are fully funded, decisions are fast, and your contribution is visible at the highest level. It will suit either an industrial and logistics specialist or a consultancy project manager ready to move client-side, this is an opportunity to take on significant responsibility within a growing business.
