Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Contracts Administrator to join our clients maintenance department at Fawley Refinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for the stewardship and administration of vendor contracts and orders, ensuring seamless goods/service delivery and compliance with company controls. Key Responsibilities: Administer vendor contracts/orders to guarantee uninterrupted delivery and compliance. Research and analyze contracts, providing recommendations on various issues. Monitor and manage contract expiration dates. Liaise daily with Contractor Representatives to resolve purchase order and invoice issues. Generate contract status reports for management review. Ensure effective contract administration, records management, and compliance with procurement and business requirements. Support Accounts Payable and coordinate with field personnel for Contractor performance evaluations.
