Compensation Structure
Trainee Driver – During Training (first 4-6 weeks): £12.00 per hour
After Training (Trainees):
* Monday to Saturday: £12.22 per hour
* Sunday: £13.64 per hour (up to 6 months), £14.00 per hour after 6 months
* Bank Holiday: £22.00 per hour
Pay rates are regularly reviewed through negotiations.

Hours of Work
* 5 out of 7 rotating shift patterns, planned up to 6-8 weeks in advance for your convenience.
* Mornings start from 05:00, with evenings finishing around 23:45 on a rotational basis.
* Shifts are categorized into early, middle, and late, averaging 45 hours per week.
* Currently operating with 1 weekend off every 4 weeks.
* Overtime is available upon request and based on availability.
Requirements
* Must be over 18 years of age.
* Minimum of 6 months driving experience.
* No more than 6 points on your driving licence.
* Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test.
* Excellent people and customer service skills.
* Flexibility to work various shifts.
