Hebburn Comprehensive is an 11-16 school, with a pupil population of 900, which is increasing rapidly. We are a vibrant and inclusive community, where the focus for all is on learning and achievement and where pupils feel safe and happy.

We are looking to employ a Receptionist to join our administration team. This is a term-time only post with a working pattern of Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm, and Friday, 8am to 3:30pm. Full details are enclosed within the application pack.

Hebburn Comprehensive School and South Tyneside Council is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults. We expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) disclosure will be sought along with other relevant pre-employment checks.

In line with the guidance in Keeping Children Safe in Education, schools may carry out an online search as part of their due diligence on shortlisted candidates.

We do not currently offer skilled worker visa sponsorship.
