Business Development Manager £35,000 - £45,000, strong commission structure and car allowance Remote, field based in Southern region We are supporting our client with recruiting a Business Development Manager to cover their Southern region. Our client is a dynamic and forward thinking leader in the fitness market. With a growing footprint in their market, they support a wide range of customers from small independent clients to big brand chains. If you are dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager who has a deep knowledge of the fitness industry and B2B Sales experience, then this could be the opportunity for you. You will be responsible for the UK Southern region for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving growth through a consultative service from your knowledge of the fitness industry. Key Responsibilities for a Business Development Manager Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding and building on your client base. Sell consultatively - understand each clients needs and consultant on tailored solutions Manage and grow relationships with warm leads/customers Conduct regular market research to understand emerging trends in the industry Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery Maintain accurate records of all sales activity using HubSpot CRM Key Skills for a Business development manager Proven track record in B2B sales or business development Experience or strong understanding of the gym, fitness, or wellness industry A consultative sales approach not just a product pusher Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport with stakeholders across all levels Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline HubSpot CRM experience is ideal (or willingness to learn) A proactive, driven mindset with a passion for fitness and health Benefits for a Business Development Manager 25 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days plus bank holidays Preferable company pension scheme Private family healthcare insurance package If you have a passion and knowledge of the fitness industry and have sales experience in any B2B industry, then this could be your next opportunity.
