This is the jobThe Operational Performance Analyst will assist the Head of Operational Performance by analysing management information (MI) from various sources to offer a comprehensive view of operational performance for AA Driving School. This role includes monitoring operational targets to ensure consistent delivery of business outcomes, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with key operational leaders. Additionally, the analyst will help oversee risk management and ensure compliance with the Risk Management Framework Policy.What will I be doing?Support the analysis of MI from various sources to fully understand the complete picture of operational performance for AADS.Conduct pricing analysis and help maintain robust pricing models to facilitate the delivery of high-quality product margin analyses within driving school products (training and franchise).Assist in monitoring agreed operational targets to ensure they consistently deliver required business outcomes.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operational approaches and support the execution of plans to enhance customer and colleague experiences.Help build and develop close working relationships with key operational leaders, providing high levels of support and challenge.Ensure a two-way feedback process between all teams delivering the customer and colleague experience, including regular engagement sessions, call listening, and communication.Assist in overseeing AADS\\\' risk management, ensuring compliance with the Risk Management Framework Policy.What do I need?Proven experience in operational performance analysis ideally in automotive, financial services or insuranceStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data setsUnderstanding of financial modelling and forecasting techniquesProficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present findings and recommendationsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholdersExperience with process improvement methodologiesKnowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards, particularly within a cooperative FCA regulated environmentUnderstanding of the unique challenges and requirements of working in a regulated financial environmentProactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Additional informationIf you’re interested and need further details, feel free to reach out to the Talent Acquisition Manager, Ewelina Jaworska, or the Hiring Manager, Mark Born.
