What You’ll Do Day To Day
* Drive sales success by administering the process from vehicle sourcing to delivery
* Support sales teams by efficiently processing vehicles through each stage of the Group 1 sales journey
* Create and maintain detailed vehicle records for accuracy
* Contribute to financial success through timely and accurate invoicing
* Streamline operations by following established processes and suggesting improvements
* Respond promptly to internal and external enquiries to provide exceptional customer service
* Build strong relationships with retail centre teams to foster collaboration
Helpful Skills And Qualifications
* Strong foundation in administrative tasks
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
* Strong IT skills and data processing abilities
* Excellent communication skills for building rapport and sharing information clearly
* Ability to thrive under pressure and embrace new challenges
* Collaborative spirit and efficiency in managing multiple tasks
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Team-oriented approach to achieve shared goals
* Previous motor industry experience is a plus but not essential
