Explore and develop new business opportunities Manage and maintain excellent relationships with existing key account portfolio - primarily located in the North West region Support customers on a day to day basis, working with other teams to ensure first class service is provided Promote the Carrier Way Drive sales performance to meet SIC targets To be successful in this role you will: Proven experience developing and managing key accounts Technical background within transport refrigeration would be a bonus Ability to engage with senior executives and create demand for new solutions. Proven experience and ability to develop and execute consultative sales strategies that drive value growth for customers. Proven ability to influence and work effectively across all levels of the organisation. Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal across a wide audience. This includes the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical teams. Willingness to travel and stay out overnight Strong negotiation skills: ability to understand contractual, legal language Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) What can we offer you?
