A look into the role
You will be part of a flexible team supporting the business on people lifecycle activities related to performance, talent, and reward. You will guide and coach managers in managing their teams effectively, including handling performance concerns, absence, investigations, and disciplinary cases. Supporting Senior People Advisers and People Advisory Managers, you will deliver on our people strategy, initiatives, and annual experience cycle.

Knowing you’re right for us
The minimum criteria to join as a People Adviser include:
* Experience within a generalist HR function working with large client groups
* Support experience in employee relations activities such as absence management, capability, investigations, and disciplinary processes
* Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and presentation
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Examples of supporting managers with impactful initiatives
It would be beneficial if you also have:
* Experience in large, complex organizations
* Experience working within service line structures and centers of excellence
* Experience delivering Inclusion and Diversity initiatives
* Experience owning people processes like salary reviews, performance moderation, and talent management
