Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Biology (Edexcel B) A Level Tutor at RoadtoMed. The tutor will be responsible for delivering comprehensive and engaging lessons aligned with the Edexcel B specification. Tasks include lesson planning, providing tailored guidance to students, addressing queries, and helping students excel in examinations. The tutor will also be expected to evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly to ensure effective learning.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Biology A Level content within Edexcel B
• The ability to generate your own teaching materials and course development
• Previous experience in tutoring A Level Biology or education in related fields is advantageous
• Achieved student grade improvement is advantageous
• Experience in exam performance tracking
• Effective communication skills to clearly explain concepts and engage students
• Reliable internet access and ability to teach remotely
• A passion for education and helping students achieve academic success
• Possession of an academic qualification in Biology, Medicine, or a related discipline is advantageous
