About the role:
We are currently recruiting for experienced Healthcare Assistants with more than 6 months paid care experience in the UK.
We have a one to one care position in the Wideopen, NE13 area to support our client in their home. Shifts run between 7am and 10pm or 10pm - 7pm.
The role will involve personal care, supporting mobility, meal assistance, medication support, emotional support, documentation and activities away from the home.
We pay £13.69 - 14.12 per hour, this includes holiday pay. Mileage will be paid at 30 pence per mile
What you will need for the job:
At least 6 months paid care experience in the UK.
The right to work in the UK
No restrictions on working hours
A full valid driving licence and access to a car for work (preferred)
A caring positive attitude and patience.
Able to travel to our Sunderland Branch (SR3 3XW) for your interview and training
Able to attend 3 days unpaid training before induction which includes the following modules - Medication Administration, First Aid, Moving and Handling and Excellence In Care
