With a product portfolio ranging from urology to general surgery, ENT to obstetrics, they specialise in surgical technologies for minimally invasive surgeries. They are known for having a fantastic reputation in the market and offering an excellent training programme and company culture.The roleAs a Territory Manager, you’ll arrange and travel to your appointments with surgeons in various hospitals and clinics to implement the use of our client’s products. Following a 7-week training program, you’ll be well-equipped to engage in peer-level conversations with surgeons and nurses in the operational theatre.Your day to day might look a little like this: Creating effective business plans and approach strategiesDemonstrating the use of our client’s products to surgeons, staff, and nurseAttending orientation, education, and scrub sessionsWorking closely with the Customer Service team on tenders, quotations, and samplesBeing an active member during company meetings and product trainingOrganising and attending conferencesThe requirementsYou’ll have 2+ years of experience in medical sales in hospitals (ideally surgical) with a proven track record of success.They’re also looking for:Degree Educated in a relevant disciplineSomeone comfortable in an operating room environmentA strong interpersonal relationship builderExperience in managing accounts from prospecting through to implementationStrong listening, negotiation, and presentation skillsThe ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamHigh organised and able to prioritise effectivelyPositive, driven and results-orientatedThis role requires you to live across Portsmouth, Hampshire, West Sussex or Brighton area, for example, Guildford, Chichester, Surrey, or Sussex and be comfortable travelling across these parts.Important informationReference number: 16840Temporary or Permanent Position: PermanentFMC contact for this role: Sarah Cavanagh (sarah.cavanagh@fmctalent.com)
