GSL Education are working with schools in Sheffield (S13) to appoint a committed Computer Science Teacher who can deliver engaging and practical lessons. In this role, the Computer Science (CS) Teacher will plan and teach lessons that develop programming, problem-solving, and computational thinking within a supportive classroom environment. Responsibilities: Deliver well-structured computer science lessons aligned with the curriculum. Support pupils in developing coding, analytical, and digital skills. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom. Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support wider learning goals. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification. Experience working as a Computer Science Teacher in a school setting. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Commitment to safeguarding and supporting learners of all abilities. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
