As a Trainee Engineer, your experience will include:
* Hands on experience within manufacturing, industrial, construction, automotive or similar environments
* Confidence using basic hand or power tools
* A willingness to learn, take instruction and develop new skills
* Good reliability and timekeeping
* The ability to commute to the Blandford area from Dorchester or nearby towns
* The right to work in the UK
