* Maintain accurate HR and payroll records
* Process starters, leavers contracts and variations
* Support payroll submissions and staff queries
* Assist with DBS checks and compliance documentation
* Support absence monitoring and reporting

* HR or payroll administration experience
* Strong IT skills (SIMS / Arbor / iTrent desirable)
