Lead HGV Workshop Mechanic
Location: Southery, Downham Market, Norfolk
Our client is a family run business seeking a motivated and experienced Lead HGV Mechanic to join their workshop team. You will be key in maintaining their modern mixed fleet of HGV vehicles, tankers and trailers.
Qualifications/Experience:
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance.
* Experience in HGV Mechanics.
* Class 1 or 2 license beneficial.
Role:
* Lead diagnostics, service and repair of our client's mixed fleet of HGV vehicles - Scania, Volvo, Mercedes, Iveco.
* Handle complex mechanical, electrical and hydraulic system faults.
* Mentor and guide junior mechanic.
* Conduct planned maintenance, repairs and breakdowns.
