VEHICLE TECHNICIAN / VEHICLE MECHANIC
Basic Salary: Up to £38,000 (Depending on Experience)
OTE: £45,000
Location: Colchester
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00 (No Late Evenings)
An established and well-respected independent garage in Colchester is looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic to join their growing workshop team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on a wide range of vehicles
• Diagnose faults using diagnostic equipment and your technical expertise
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship
• Accurately document vehicle issues, repairs, and resolutions
• Work collaboratively within a professional workshop team
Requirements:
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within the automotive industry
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Own tools and toolbox
• Full UK Driving Licence
