Management Accountant - Borehamwood, Hertfordshire
JSS Search are delighted to be supporting our client, a fast growth successful international multi-currency business based in Borehamwood, on the recruitment of this new Management Accountant role.
The ideal candidate will have experience producing management accounts in a fast paced environment, P&L analysis, actuals vs budget, management reporting and assisting with budgets and forecasting. Experience of multi-currency and consolidation of monthly management accountants would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
* Production of management accounts, including P&L analysis
* Review, and check key month-end processes, including the preparation of monthly management packs.
* Provide accurate monthly cost, revenue and stock analysis and reporting, including reconciliation of costs, revenue, and accruals.
* Review, appraise and continuously improve financial processes & procedures.
* Oversee and ensure compliance with established financial processes and procedures.
* Lead and / or assist with balance sheet reviews, ensuring reconciliations are completed on time and to a high standard.
* Assist with budgets and forecasting
* Assist in producing flash reporting summarising KPI's
* Turn data into insight (performance summaries, presentations) and make recommendations to improve business outcomes.
* Ad hoc projects as and when required
Profile
* Qualified Accountant, Part Qualified or QBE
* Experienced management accountant, producing accounts in a fast paced environment
* Experienced in P&L's, stock, revenue or cost analysis
* Good excel skills and data analysis
