Role: Group Marketing Manager
Salary: up to £45K per annum DOE
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, some flexibility but must support operations effectively.
Location: Head office in High Wycombe, with flexibility due to being based nationally.

Elevation Recruitment Group - Marketing Division is working with a national service-led umbrella company. This role blends CRM Management and marketing for lead generation and brand awareness.
The ideal candidate is proactive, a good communicator, capable of managing multiple tasks, and collaborative across departments. Responsibilities
* Utilize high-level CRM data to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities.
* Manage marketing automation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
* Generate and analyze CRM reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and key metrics. Identify trends and recommend strategies.
* Collaborate with sales teams to recognize lead generation opportunities through multichannel marketing campaigns.
* Stay updated on CRM features, updates, and best practices to optimize system performance and automation workflows.
* Develop modern media content to communicate effectively with customers.
* Prepare and communicate regular sales and marketing reports across the group.
* Work with external agencies to optimize online presence, including website content, SEO, and social media.
* Coordinate updates to websites and social media channels, ensuring content is current and aligned with brand guidelines.
* Devise and implement offline marketing strategies to enhance pipeline volume and quality.
* Coordinate creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, website content, social media posts, and email newsletters.
* Assist in planning and executing trade shows, webinars, and marketing events.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within a service-based industry.
* Experience working within a regulated business environment.
* Successful digital media marketing experience.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
* Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and strategic decision-making.
* Proactive with a results-driven approach to growth.
