Whats on Offer: Competitive salary with regular review Overtime available in line with business needs Company pension scheme Health and wellbeing support Training and development opportunities Additional benefits package (including employee discounts and cycle-to-work style schemes where applicable) Supportive team environment within a growing renewable energy sector Opportunity to work on varied and meaningful clean energy projects About You: Safety focused with a strong commitment to high standards and compliance Confident leader who can motivate and support a small team Reliable, accountable and takes ownership of work from start to finish Calm and practical when managing changing site conditions or priorities Strong communicator who builds positive working relationships on site Organised and proactive in planning and problem-solving Motivated to deliver high quality work that supports efficient project delivery Key Responsibilities: Erect and dismantle scaffolding systems safely and efficiently across domestic and small commercial solar PV sites Lead, supervise, and support a small team of scaffolders and labourers Coordinate with planning and project delivery teams to schedule scaffold installation and removal in line with project timelines Ensure all scaffolding is compliant, properly inspected, and safe for use prior to handover Maintain high health & safety standards at all times, particularly when working at height Organise and prepare equipment, materials, tools, and transport (including scaffold vehicle operations where required) Support efficient delivery of multiple live solar projects by ensuring timely access solutions Identify, report, and escalate site risks, hazards, and operational issues promptly Maintain clean, safe, and well-organised working environments across all sites Support training and development of junior team members Contribute to continuous improvement in workflow, planning, and site efficiency Requirements Essential: CISRS Part 2 Scaffolding qualification (Advanced preferred) Proven experience as a scaffolder across xxuwjjq multiple sites Experience leading or supervising a team Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and working at height Ability to plan, organise, and deliver work to tight project timelines Full UK driving licence Strong practical problem solving ability Ability to communicate effectively with site teams, contractors and stakeholders Desirable: CISRS Advanced Scaffolder certification Scaffold inspection qualification SSSTS or SMSTS certification Experience in domestic or small commercial construction environments Experience within renewable energy or solar PV projects Experience mentoring or developing junior team members Apply Now!
