NOW HIRING: Full-Time Production Operatives Rendlesham, Suffolk. Our client is a market leader and this is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role with a company that puts its employees first.
Pay & Hours
* £15.24 per hour PAYE (includes 15% shift bonus)
* 4-day working week Monday to Thursday!
Rotating Weekly Shifts:
Week 1:
* MonWed: 06:0015:30
* Thurs: 06:0014:30
Week 2:
* MonWed: 11:3021:00
* Thurs: 11:3020:00
About the Role
As a Production Operative, youll play a vital role in supporting the companys manufacturing process. Full training is provided.
Initial duties include:
* Staging components onto trays
* Using sizing presses and tapping machines
* Running mould machines
* Deflashing and degating parts
Future progression may involve:
* Preparing feedstocks
* Loading/unloading ovens and furnaces
* Machine setting and process optimisation
