Office / Accounts Administrator

We are expanding our team to add an Office / Accounts Administrator to work in our Office to support the UK Sales and Operations team. If you are interested in joining a growing company to work in a busy work environment we would like to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
* Process supplier invoices, delivery dockets and reconciliation
* Support the Sales Team with documentation and generation of invoices for machines and parts
* Process customer invoicing
* Follow up on aged debt
* Maintain and upload sales and purchases records using Sage
* Process expense requests for approval
* Assist accounts with day to day administration
* Place stock orders and issue PO's
* Provide Administrative support to the Operations in the UK office
The position will evolve so we are interested in someone who will take responsibility and be proactive in making this role work in a tight team environment.
* Strong Administration skills
* Experience in accounts administration using Sage desirable
* Organised with a focus on attention to detail
* Hours Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.30
* Salary dependent on skills and experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,420.00-£34,424.01 per year
