Role Responsibilities: What to Expect as a Senior Nursery RoomLeader: Ensure thateducational strategies and practices are consistent across multiplerooms. Lead the planning and delivery ofactivities, adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs ofthe children. Mentor and develop Room Leaders,promoting a collaborative and high-performingteam. Oversee the wellbeing and safeguarding ofchildren, making necessary adaptations to support children withadditional needs. Foster strong relationshipswith parents, keeping them informed of their child'sdevelopment. Ensure compliance with health,safety, and safeguarding protocols across thecentre. Required Qualifications: IdealCandidate: Level 3qualification or above in early yearseducation. Experience in an early yearssetting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as aSenior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or SeniorNursery Practitioner. Strong leadership,organisational, and communicationskills. Ability to foster an inclusive andsupportive environment for both children and teammembers.
