Purpose:
Working with both existing and new clients, manage and grow these relationships to build a profitable portfolio for the business. Responsible for developing account strategies, increasing sales, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across multiple regions. This role requires a strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives across new and existing accounts.
2. Manage relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within clients Businesses.
3. Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing actions to maximise revenue.
4. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional agreements in line with company policies and profitability targets.
5. Work closely with internal departments (marketing, supply chain, finance, customer service) to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
6. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through networking and market intelligence.
7. Build a prospective pipeline of new accounts to acquire and onboard into the business.
