Field Service Engineer - Boston - Attractive package ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer with immediate effect for our client based in the Boston area of Lincolnshire. EV experience would be advantageous for this position. Field Service Engineer * Attending sites across the UK, Including, Commercial and Private properties to fix EV DC Chargers. * Attending sites across the UK, Including, Commercial and Private properties to fix EV AC Chargers. * Compiling accurate and appropriate documentation for both Internal and external stakeholders in a precise and timely manner. Supporting product development. Responsibilities: * Undertaking planned inspection and maintenance according to Technical and Manufacturer requirements. Performing proactive and reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis and resolution in a timely manner. * Testing and configuring DC chargers in the factory when required. * Troubleshooting reported faults from the office and talking through fixes with contractors/clients on site. * Testing product firmware, Apps and cloud integrations. * Provide documented feedback to R&D team.
