Overview:
Are you a History Teacher (preferably with QTS) looking for a dynamic new teaching role in an excellent secondary school with a rich history?
Do you enjoy inspiring students across KS3 and KS4 with engaging History lessons?
This school are seeking an enthusiastic History Teacher who can bring passion and energy to their growing History department.
You will be expected to deliver high quality lessons to a diverse group of students, helping them excel in their language skills and cultural understanding.
This role is on a permenant basis or an agency contract.
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is preferred, however any experience of being ann unqualified History Teacher within the United Kingdom will be looked upon very favourably.
You will need to:
* Work as a History Teacher by planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
* Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
* Work collaboratively with other teachers, support staff, and school leadership to enhance the educational experience.
* Adhere to school policies and procedures, including those related to child protection and safeguarding.
* Within your role as a History Teacher you will need to teach both the KS3 and KS4 History Curriculum.
Qualifications
* Experience as a History Teacher within a Secondary School.
* Qualified Teacher Status (Preferred).
* Strong knowledge of the KS3 + KS4 History Curriculum.
* Confidence in maintaining a good code of behaviour.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students
