What you'll be doing;
* Supervise the operation of the Tipping Hall whilst wearing appropriate PPE and following safety protocols.
* Move, load, and monitor waste, reporting any contamination or non-compliance
* Conduct pre-use vehicle inspections and report defects
* Report all service, safety and environmental concerns.
* Use two-way radio to stay in communication with team members
* Work collaboratively with site team, visitors, and contractors
* Follow VMR Toolkit guidelines and assist in efficient ERF operations
* Carry out other reasonable tasks and duties as requested by management
What we're looking for;
* Proven experience in operational or industrial environments.
* Strong teamwork abilities and excellent communication skills.
* A proactive and positive approach to work responsibilities.
* Demonstrated commitment to safety and operational excellence.
* Mobile plant operation experience and valid driving license (advantageous).
