About you

The Ideal Candidate will;

1. Have a full UK driving licence
2. Work accurately and safely
3. Have experience in cleaning, caretaking and porterage tasks
4. Have experience of working in occupied buildings understanding the need not to cause disruption
5. Be smart phone/tablet literate
6. Have good interpersonal skills
7. Work with minimal supervision and on own initiative, either in a team or alone
8. Be adaptable, conscientious and to be a good team member
9. Be able to work under pressure and managing conflicting demands
10. Understand COSHH (Control Substances Hazardous to Health and safety regulations), Health and safety and manual handling

Qualifications

Essential;

11. Able to demonstrate literacy and numeracy skills to a standard appropriate to post
