As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for the assessment of needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care. You will also be expected to ensure a high standard of nursing in the application of clinical nursing procedures and treatments, including the custody, storage and administration of medicines.

* During your first two months you have the option to sit down to discuss a career navigation plan and the different routes available to you, and you will act as Charge Nurse, taking charge of a ward regularly and accepting duties as delegated by the clinical ward manager. You will support the management of a ward including deployment, supervision, teaching of staff/students and resources.
* You will be responsible for assessing individual care needs, developing, implementing and evaluating programmes of care, setting standards of care and managing, deploying and supervising junior staff in the unit throughout the span of duty, including night duty.
