Home Instead Swindon & Vale of White Horse are a well-established home care provider, supporting older people to remain healthy & well within their own homes. We support clients living across Swindon, Highworth, Faringdon, Wantage areas as well as the surrounding villages. We are a CQC rated Outstanding care provider with an immediate need across our area in the evenings.
Are you a kind and caring person who loves to be around other people? Are you new to care, but looking for a new challenge? We have exciting and immediate opportunities to join us as an Evening Care Assistant across the Swindon & Vale of White Horse areas, supporting clients between 5pm and 9:45pm.
Responsibilities
* Support clients with all aspects of day-to-day living.
* Assist with medication, meals & fluids preparation, personal care needs, light home help tasks and general companionship.
* Build real, genuine relationships with those you visit; visits are a minimum of 1 hour to allow adequate time for care.
What we need from you
* A genuine desire to care and provide outstanding support to our clients.
* Aged 18 or over and able to work an alternate weekend (both Saturday & Sunday).
* Due to the nature of the role and client location and needs, a full driving licence and access to a car is also desired.
